My favorite smoothie of the moment

WARNING! This smoothie contains spinach and I promise its good!! You will not need to hold your nose as you drink it, or drink it super quick just because you think its healthy, The mango and pineapple make it super sweet and delicious while the avocado give it a great texture. It is good for your skin, and at my age I am always looking to make my skin glowy. I usually drink this after the gym, in between breakfast and lunch. It’s that time of day where you are wondering if you should snack or just wait for lunch. I have a ninja blender, I just add all the ingredients and blend away! Below are specific ingredient amounts, but as I have now made this 100 times, I just eye-ball it. Try it! Your skin will thank you! *I only used spinach so far, I have not used the kale.
